Do you want to drive real impact across 20+ markets? At HIVE, we’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to partner with regional clients, craft bold media strategies, and ensure every marketing dollar delivers maximum impact.
What you’ll do :
- Lead client relationships : Act as the senior regional partner, coordinating QBRs / MBRs, unblocking decisions fast, escalating and resolving issues decisively, and ensuring high-level business goals are achieved.
- Architect regional strategy : Design integrated media and communications frameworks (brand, performance, shopper / retail media) that local markets can adapt with cultural nuance. Align global media principles while providing innovative, data-driven perspectives.
- Pressure-test briefs and budgets : Reframe challenges, propose bold solutions, and challenge assumptions to maximize business impact.
- Drive planning and optimization : Lead annual plans and in-year re-plans, reallocating budgets based on MMM, experiments, and performance insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.
- Champion measurement and efficiency : Define KPIs by funnel stage and market maturity, enforce frequency and quality discipline, and ensure unified measurement across MMM, geo-tests, and incrementality studies.
- Manage investment governance : Maintain full visibility of media spend, guide pacing, and ensure every dollar is strategically deployed to drive business results.
- Boost retail and e-commerce growth : Balance brand-building and shopper / retail activation, accelerating sales across digital and e-commerce channels.
- Standardize ways of working : Develop templates, playbooks, and best practices for strategy, planning, and analytics, driving adoption of agile rituals and test-and-learn frameworks across markets.
- Inspire and lead teams : Build trusted relationships across regional and local teams, fostering collaboration, clarity, and a culture of outperformance.
What we’re looking for :
12+ years in media / communications; 5+ years leading multi-market client relationships.Proven strategist and planner for enterprise brands with mastery of integrated planning (video / CTV, social, search, programmatic, retail media).Strong measurement fluency and ability to reallocate budgets for ROI.Exceptional communicator in Spanish & English (Portuguese a plus).Bonus : CPG, e-commerce, retail network, or analytics experience.
