Our mission is to help Nubank develop a mid-long term business vision by providing teams with strategic advice, external perspectives and acting as business enablers for new opportunities across the organization. The Strategy & Corporate Development Team studies and supports strategic business decisions; prospects and develops new product opportunities; identifies, develops and closes strategic partnerships that contribute to our mission of fighting complexity and empowering people to take control of their finances.

As a Business Development Sr. Consultant, you\'ll be expected to…

• Shape and execute Nubank’s growth strategy for Mexico by identifying key opportunities and developing specific goals and action plans with local and regional leaders.
• Lead high-impact projects end-to-end, from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with Nubank’s mission and priorities.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with Nubank’s objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Generate market insights through ongoing research and competitive analysis, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and partnership prospects.
• Provide structured content leadership, guiding project frameworks and supporting strategic prioritization with a clear direction for initiatives.
