We are looking for a skilled Lead Java Software Engineer to join our Developer Experience team, committed to improving developer productivity and streamlining workflows.

This role involves designing backend solutions, integrating systems, and creating tools that enhance the engineering team's efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design backend APIs and integrations to enhance workflows and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with teams and shared services to address developer challenges
• Integrate enterprise systems like Kafka, ServiceNow, and Snowflake
• Analyze workflows using metrics to identify pain points and suggest improvements
• Offer innovative ideas and solutions as part of a dynamic team environment
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to tackle technical issues and refine processes
