We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our Developer Experience team, dedicated to enhancing developer productivity and streamlining workflows. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing backend solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and creating tools that empower engineering teams to deliver efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and integrations to optimize workflows and improve platform capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams and shared services to identify and resolve developer pain points
• Build integrations with enterprise systems such as Kafka, ServiceNow, and Snowflake
• Analyze developer workflows using metrics to identify areas of friction and recommend improvements
• Contribute to the evolution of a dynamic team environment, offering innovative ideas and adaptive solutions
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and refine processes
