About Us
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality technical support to end-users.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. They will be responsible for providing first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat, as well as assisting Level 1 agents with escalations, technical questions, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support via various communication channels
- Assist Level 1 agents with complex issues and provide coaching
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop application issues
- Resolve incidents in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Communicate effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds
