Purchasing Manager for Packaging Materials

Location : Guadalajara, Jalisco

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer with a strong background in purchasing and demand planning to manage the procurement of packaging materials.

• Defining and executing the purchasing strategy for packaging materials, including price negotiation, contracts, and supplier development.
• Managing the supply and inventories of packaging materials, ensuring optimal quantities and compliance with lead times through information systems and automation.

This role includes leading and developing a team of buyers / planners, fostering technical skills and alignment with organizational policies and objectives.

Requirements :

Language : 100% Bilingual Spanish / English.
