About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with our company's goals.

• Supply Chain Planning : Define sourcing and logistics strategies from development phase to SOP, ensuring timely material availability by coordinating with engineering, quality, and purchasing teams.
• Supplier Management : Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements, signing logistics agreements before SOP, and monitoring tooling, PPAPs, and initial deliveries.
• Capacity and Risk Analysis : Validate supplier and plant equipment capacity, identify supply chain risks, and develop mitigation plans, linking analysis with plant S&OP.
• Initial Logistics Coordination : Define logistics routes, transport modes, and temporary warehouses aligned with corporate logistics plans, coordinating pilot, pre-series, and ramp-up deliveries.
• Inventory and Material Management : Establish inventory levels for launch and mass production phases, implementing pull / push strategies based on component type and lead time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as Supply Chain lead in new project platform meetings, participate in OEM / Tier 1 meetings to align deliveries and changes, and coordinate deliverables with project, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams.
• Systems and Tools Usage : Advanced use of SAP (MM, Planning, Purchasing, MRP) and planning tools like Excel, Power BI, or APS, providing weekly reporting and KPI coordination with plant S&OP.
• Compliance with Automotive Standards : Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, MMOG / LE, and customer-specific requirements.
