Senior Corporate Legal Advisor...

We are seeking a seasoned legal expert to join our team as a Senior Corporate Legal Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial law, data protection, and IT service contracts. They will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing strategic commercial contracts, including DPA's, software licenses, and master services agreements.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
