Key Account Director - Latin AmericaThis senior leadership position is focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships across the Latin America region.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to align with corporate objectives for the LATAM region.Identify and secure new business opportunities in transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve revenue goals.Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams for client-centric solutions.Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements for long-term partnerships.Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present results to senior leadership.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across LATAM.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of progressive sales experience in Contract Logistics with senior leadership role.Strong understanding of 3PL operations including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and customs processes.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.Fluent English required; extensive travel expected across LATAM.
