We're looking for a

Data Delivery Manager

to join our team and lead end-to-end data delivery for key clients across industries.

In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure data and delivery compliance, and act as the main point of contact for clients — making sure their data needs translate into impactful business results.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow client relationships focused on data delivery excellence.

Collaborate with clients, Sales Executives, and Account Teams to define data requirements, ensuring ethical and compliant data usage.

Oversee the entire delivery process — from data scoping and file generation to quality assurance and final delivery.

Research and resolve data or system issues with a strong sense of urgency.

Lead billing closeout, usage tracking, and account review processes.

Propose and implement process improvements and contractual updates.

Communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years

in an Operations, Data, or Delivery role with direct client interaction.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all levels of an organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality work on time.

Nice to Have

Experience reviewing contracts or data agreements.

Background in data processing or data-driven marketing.

A natural relationship-builder with strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Passion for innovation and optimizing how data creates business value.
