About Position :

Role : Agile Operations Lead

Location : Mexico

Job Type : Full Time Employment

What You'll Do :

• Manages daily requests from pod members around things like equipment, access requirements, etc. Managing the site Laptop assignment Visa B2B Connect – VBC-COMP
• Approves all incident and service tickets for their site, ensuring these do not escalate unnecessarily, such as AskNow.
• Monitoring Agile productivity metrics Work with all teams from site to ensure they follow visa productivity guidelines Address challenges identified in following the commitments and mandates
• Following all non-functional organization mandates such as Compliance training, surveys etc
• Monitoring dashboards and following up with team members to ensure they are following Visa's stipulated mandates
• Responsible for managing gates, identifying risks for all project deliverables
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies Partnering with lead of come up with solution design
