We are Looking for a
Warehouse Coordinator
is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the spareparts warehouse supporting the brand's aftersales service across the region.
This role ensures optimal inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and high service quality to dealers, service centers, and end customers.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in automotive logistics, warehouse management, and team leadership within a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations of the
after-sales warehouse
including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of parts and accessories.
Ensure
inventory accuracy
, proper stock rotation (FIFO), and traceability of all movements using WMS or ERP systems.
Monitor and optimize
warehouse KPIs
(order fulfillment rate, picking time, stock accuracy, damage rate, etc.).
Coordinate with
parts planning, procurement, and logistics teams
to ensure timely restocking and availability of high-demand components.
Develop and implement procedures to ensure
compliance with safety standards
, customs regulations, and internal controls.
Lead, train, and supervise the warehouse team (operators, clerks, and supervisors), ensuring productivity and a positive work environment.
Collaborate closely with
after-sales, dealer support, and customer service
teams to ensure timely delivery and quick response to urgent needs (e.g., backorders, warranty parts).
Manage
fleet and transportation vendors
(if applicable) and negotiate service level agreements.
Support in
budget preparation
and
cost control
initiatives for warehouse operations.
Participate in
continuous improvement
projects, including process automation, layout optimization, and system upgrades.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in
Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
as Coordinator in warehouse / logistics operations, preferably in the
automotive or industrial sectors
Proven experience in managing warehouse teams and overseeing
aftermarket or spare parts logistics
Strong knowledge of
warehouse management systems (WMS)
and
ERP platforms
like SAP
Familiarity with
safety regulations, customs processes
, and quality assurance standards.
Intermediate English proficiency
(for coordination with regional or global teams).
Experience working with
KPIs, Lean / 5S
, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
