Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our Ops & Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of merchandise in accordance with established procedures.

• Receiving and verification of raw materials and general merchandise, with their respective capture in the inventory system and generation of applicable documentation.
• Storage and handling of merchandise in accordance with applicable segregation and special care requirements.
• Ensure correct identification of stored merchandise by printing labels according to established procedures.
• Support the ongoing evaluation of suppliers in the inventory system as stipulated in our procedures.
• Supply of merchandise samples for quality control purposes.
• Support in the generation and distribution of applicable documentation according to the requirements of our quality and environmental systems and financial controls.
• Support in inventory control through practices such as inventory counts and adjustments, and applicable measures to prevent obsolescence.
• Supply of necessary merchandise to production areas for the manufacture of intermediates and finished products.
• Scheduling and dispatching of shipments of finished products or general merchandise to clients, external warehouses, or any other applicable destination.
