Logistics Ambassador

Responsibilities include full shipment cycle management from purchase orders to delivery, coordinating pickups and deliveries, monitoring GPS tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation.

• We collaborate closely with customers and carriers to share real-time updates and prevent service issues.
• We prepare reports on shipments and support continuous performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a team player mindset, negotiation experience, and an international or multicultural background.

A bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in the logistics industry.
