This position is responsible for creating educational materials and content that help, guide and empower our Sales Force to grow in their career, through events, educational materials, video conferences, workshops, videos and educational programs.

Also develops online education, and educational programs according to our Sales Force needs in order to professionalize their business knowledge, and simplify their Career path.

Designs and leads the creation of trainings, workshops, specialized sites and more, making sure that our IBCs have all the information about how to make their business.

Responsabilities

• Partner and work with all company's departments in order to create educational materials for the different Career levels of our Sales Force in order to support them in their Mary Kay business, and simplify their understanding in order to grow.
• Create the content and organize online educational events for the different Career levels (IBCs, FD, ISDs) in order to empower our Sales Force and guide them through their MK business.
• Coordinate and support the bimonthly strategies, with the adequate and relevant materials to empower our business.
• Innovate in educational material, and learning style in order to guide, and give ideas to our Sales Force in how to make their business digital.
• Plan, create, execute, monitor and update online courses, such as how to sell, how to have a digital business, how to use Social media and more.
• Develop new educational and instructional materials for Consultants & Directors to give support and help them increase their business, such as : videoconferences, videos, online trainings, and micro sites in the education site inside intouch.
