As a technology software consulting company, we use many tools, but the big four are Google Drive, Slack, Lucid Chart, and Salesforce, of course.

We work an average of 40 hours per week (I know, that’s unheard of in consulting, but we stand by it).

Join our growing team at Kelley Austin as a Technical Consultant and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge cloud and data solutions. As a Technical Consultant, you will :

Serve as the technical lead on projects focused on Data Cloud and / or Agentforce.

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud is a plus.

Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, and Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics is highly valued.

Act as a client-facing point of contact—leading meetings, requirements sessions, solution demos, testing cycles, and training workshops.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business goals and data requirements into scalable cloud-based data architectures and solutions.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks (scope creep, data quality issues, client blockers) in partnership with Project Managers.

Lead the creation of key project deliverables and perform quality assurance on team deliverables.

Execute 80%+ of core data cloud development tasks independently, including : Data pipeline creation and integration, data modeling, transformations, and calculated insights, and data unification across platforms.

2+ years of experience administering or consulting on Salesforce product platforms.

~ Zero-copy integration frameworks and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Databricks)

~ Data integration tools such as dbt, Apache Airflow, Fivetran, Matillion, or Mulesoft

~ Proficiency in : SQL, SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, CSS

~ Experience working with Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud APIs

~ Ability to learn quickly, think creatively, and solve complex data challenges

~ Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Certified Agentforce Specialist (These certifications must be obtained within the first 6 months if not already held.)
