Responsibilities
- Partner with LMS Administrator and internal clients to audit their learning content to create an efficient learning experience for the intended audience.
- Work with IT, Quality, and Organizational Development teams to implement project plans related to system upgrades and user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with others to determine effective methods to package and deploy training based on ease of use, completion, and tracking requirements within a particular instructional function.
- Communicate with internal partners throughout the LMS learner experience customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
- Educate clients on how to use the LMS and customized system features and reports specific to their content.
- Create specialized documents for each content owner, detailing all customizations made.
- Collaborate with the Learning Universe project team as the LMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure the team is informed of enhancements, updates, and possibilities; provide expertise for communications and enhancement launches.
- Support the development, maintenance, and enforcement of processes and practices related to the use and administration of the LMS.
- Use process improvement expertise to ensure successful, ongoing execution of system and implementation of best practices within a particular instructional function.
- Ability to handle detail-oriented work while meeting schedules and deadlines.
- Ability to shift priorities when needed and manage multiple, concurrent projects.
- Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality of sensitive data.

- Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and / or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or high school degree / GED and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.2+ years of experience in training systems administration, LMS administrator, or similar role.Proficiency with Cornerstone OnDemand and Microsoft Office.Demonstrated ability to work in a regulated industry or rules-based system.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications, software, and tools.Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.Skills
