Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation : Identify potential clients in the US technology sector requiring staffing solutions. Proactively reach out to recruiters, vendors, and hiring managers to pitch consultant profiles.Pipeline Building : Create and maintain a robust network of client relationships and placement opportunities.Consultant Advocacy : Understand our consultants’ skills, goals, and experience to match them with ideal client needs.Negotiation : Advocate for higher billing rates, ensuring consultants receive top-dollar placements.Mentorship : Prepare consultants for interviews, guiding them through mock sessions and coaching for success.Continuous Improvement : Support consultants with learning resources, ongoing skill development, and readiness for client projects.Placement Success : Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and ensure consultants are ready to succeed in their roles.Metrics Tracking : Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize placements.Qualifications :
Sales Experience : At least 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in Bench sales, Bench Recruitment, BFSI sales, Insurance sales, SaaS sales, product sales, or MLM.Tech Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with technology roles and industry trends.Proactive & Own-the Outcome Mindset : Comfortable generating leads, making cold calls, and handling rejection with resilience and owning the outcome.Negotiation Skills : A knack for closing deals and securing competitive rates.Mentorship Ability : Passion for coaching and guiding others toward success.Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication; English proficiency at 100%.Organizational Excellence : Detail-oriented, with the ability to market multiple consultants and other priorities under pressure.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the US staffing or technology consulting industry.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
