As an Occupational Health Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising occupational health actions that ensure risk prevention, compliance with current labor regulations (NOM-STPS), and the promotion of safe, healthy, and sustainable work environments. Ensure compliance with national and international occupational health regulations.

Control and monitor occupational diseases, ensuring safe and legal reintegration processes.

Integrate occupational health actions with workplace safety and hygiene programs.

Holds a degree in Medicine (Surgeon, preferably with a master’s in Occupational Health).

~5+ years of experience in occupational medicine within the industrial sector.

~ Skilled in occupational medical evaluations (admission, periodic, post-incapacity).

~ Intermediate+ Excel skills and experience with medical databases or health platforms.

~ Experience leading teams and managing health-related projects.
