Founded in 2018, Two Travel has created a new take on travel concierge for couples, families, friend groups, businesses, and weddings. First started in Cartagena, we have now expanded to Medellin in Colombia and Mexico City, Mexico.

Two Travel’s business model revolves around affordable luxury. For many years, concierge services have been looked upon as something for only the rich and famous, but not anymore. What Two Travel has done is figure out a way to add huge value to our clients for only a fraction of their overall trip cost. We make life easier taking care of every aspect of our clients so they have more time to enjoy and explore the city.

Through our technology, local partnerships, and local employees, we’ve seen consistent growth and now are ready to increase headcount.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Travel Designer is responsible for handling client services, from creating customer itineraries for their trip to being their single point of contact during the client’s trip. The Travel Designer will be in charge of coordinating providers, reservations, boats, employees, to make an exceptional experience for our clients. You will have a reservations manager and low level concierge to work with you.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, sports or a related field (or in process of earning)
• Fluent speaker and fluent communication in English is a MUST
• Exceptional customer service and people skills.
• Proficient with organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously, as well as working with tight deadlines
• Eagerness to learn and help grow a young company
• Build trusting relationship with our clients
• Develop and maintain a network with service providers and staff
