Overview
Referment is working with a rapidly growing SaaS company in the Web3 security space that is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager. This is a fully remote position (Americas time zone) where you’ll own strategic client relationships, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
This is a unique opportunity for a proven Customer Success professional who is passionate about technology and eager to break into the Web3 / blockchain space. Prior Web3 experience isn’t essential, but you’ll need to bring clear motivation for joining the space, strong SaaS / CSM expertise, and a track record of delivering impact against key metrics such as retention, renewals, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Base pay range : $60,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr
