Overview
Referment is working with a rapidly growing SaaS company in the Web3 security space that is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager. This is a fully remote position (Americas time zone) where you’ll own strategic client relationships, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value across a portfolio of enterprise customers. This role supports base pay in the range of $60,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter to learn more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the full customer lifecycle : onboarding, retention, renewals, and expansion
- Running strategic discovery sessions and business reviews with VIP clients
- Partnering with Product and Engineering to champion client needs
- Driving measurable improvements in NRR, churn reduction, upsells, and client engagement
- Delivering consultative value through insights, process improvements, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing roleBackground in SaaS / software platforms (CSM experience with technical products is essential)Strong track record of delivering outcomes against metrics like retention, renewals, churn, and expansionExcellent relationship-building and communication skills (fluent English required)Genuine passion for Web3, with clear motivation for working in this spaceJob Details
