At Birdman, we’re looking for a Strategic Projects Analyst to take on high-visibility, cross-functional projects that directly impact the company’s growth, profitability, and competitive positioning. From pricing architecture to margin recovery, from new product launches to cost optimization, you’ll work hand-in-hand with leadership to design strategies and make them happen.

This isn’t just a forecasting role. It’s a business impact role — where Excel, analytical rigor, and collaboration meet strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust financial models for new products, markets, and strategic scenarios, enabling accurate estimation of opportunity size, expected profitability, and seamless integration into the 5-Year Plan and Year-To-Go (YTG) forecasts.
• Consolidate and analyze monthly actual results for revenue, costs, and expenses, ensuring detailed visibility by channel, country, client, and product line , while maintaining full alignment with the ERP and Birdman’s official financial definitions.
• Coordinate, automate, and optimize the financial forecasting process (YTG) , ensuring methodological consistency, cross-functional alignment, and higher process efficiency across Finance, CMI, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects that deliver a direct impact on sales growth, margins, and operational efficiency , such as : annual pricing analysis, packaging optimization, cost structure reviews, P&L design by client or channel, revenue / profitability improvement initiatives, and automation of dashboards or forecasting tools.
• Collaborate closely with CMI, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales to integrate market insights, competitive data, and internal performance metrics into financial models that enable informed and actionable decision-making.
• Translate strategic opportunities into quantifiable scenarios that allow Birdman’s leadership to make fast, data-driven, and high-impact decisions around sales, market share, and profitability growth.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and consistency across all deliverables by maintaining structured methodologies, clear documentation of assumptions, and clean, scalable models that enable reliable decision-making from the first delivery.
