Senior Corporate Legal Specialist

As a seasoned contract professional, this role involves collaborating with the Director of Contracts and global legal team to support the company's legal affairs.

The position requires expertise in contract drafting, negotiating, data protection law, IT Law, and International Law. Key responsibilities include :

• Providing timely and practical legal counsel to meet critical internal and vendor timelines
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating strategic commercial contracts, including data processing agreements (DPAs), software licenses, master services agreements, SaaS agreements, and vendor agreements
• Serving as an expert on data privacy and commercial agreements / contracting
