Corporate Lawyer (Account Specialist)

Biz Latin Hub , located in Mexico City (CDMX) , is seeking a highly proactive, client‑oriented Corporate Lawyer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client relationships from business development to onboarding and ongoing account management.
  • Provide legal and corporate support, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with local delivery teams across Latin America to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and client growth.
  • Prepare professional reports, contracts, and communications in both English and Spanish.
  • Deliver top‑quality client service by resolving issues with structure and logic.
  • Contribute to implementing new initiatives that enhance client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Law degree from a Latin American university or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Corporate Law experience.
  • Strong background in client‑facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Confident, outgoing, and skilled at building trusted relationships.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Accounting and / or tax knowledge.
  • Work or life experience across multiple Latin American countries.
