Corporate Lawyer Technology Industry

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with over 5 years of professional experience to provide legal support and strategic advice within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and technology-related regulations. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to support the company’s business objectives while mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements, including technology licensing, distribution, NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Advise management and business units on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters related to the technology industry.
  • Manage corporate filings, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Provide legal support for data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property issues.
  • Collaborate with external counsel and regulatory authorities when necessary.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations.
  • Support internal teams with legal training and compliance awareness.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent; Master’s degree or specialization in Corporate or Technology Law is a plus.
  • Active professional license to practice law.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, and data protection laws.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and legal risk assessment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High ethical standards and strong attention to detail.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with international transactions or multinational companies.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property and software licensing.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, and cybersecurity regulations.
