About the Role
As a Senior People Business Partner at Incode, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies that empower our teams to thrive. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to guide decisions on performance, compensation, and employee development. You'll also bring proactive, analytical insights to influence HR programs, enhance employee experience, and help scale a high-growth organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Impact Through People Strategy :
Lead initiatives across compensation, performance management, career paths, and employee development to build a scalable, people-first organization.
Program Design & Execution :
Create and manage training programs, talent development initiatives, and strategic HR projects that drive engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
Partner Proactively :
Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike—coaching, mediating, and providing hands-on support for daily challenges and long-term planning.
Enable Culture & Compliance :
Foster a healthy, inclusive culture while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Mexican labor regulations. Help bridge startup agility with regulatory discipline.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
Leverage people analytics to generate actionable insights, track impact, and continuously improve programs and policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work hand-in-hand with Finance, Legal, and Executive teams to align people strategies with broader business goals.
Your Profile
Proven success in both large corporate environments and high-growth startups or scale-ups
Experience working in global, multicultural teams; international scope is a plus
Strong expertise in HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance management, and compliance
Solid understanding of HR regulations in the U.S. and Mexico
Analytical mindset with a deep passion for data and insights; able to inform decisions through metrics and trends
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—able to influence, coach, and challenge stakeholders at all levels
Problem-solver by nature : resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Background in Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering preferred (but experience takes priority)
