We are looking for a Plant Manager to join the Team.

General objective of the position

This position's responsibilities include the supervision of mitigation of non-technical risks and the supervision of the technical performance of projects. The Plant Manager must ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan and ensure the execution of corrective actions, both timely and according to standards and by the O&M contractor.

Main responsibilities

1. Non-Technical Risk Management

• Oversee the implementation of mitigation measures for all high-impact non-technical risks that could affect project performance, and act promptly in case of any incident.
• Monitor early warning signals of potential risk changes and implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure a swift and effective response from the O&M contractor when risks materialize, minimizing impact and ensuring business continuity.
