Combined Cycle Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager for the execution of international Combined Cycle EPC Projects.

Workplace located in Gijón / Asturias (Spain)

Main Responsibilities :

• Supervise the feasibility of requirements for assigned projects, collaborating in the definition and specification of project objectives.
• Provide technical support to the business unit.
• Estimate time and resources needed for project development, delegating responsibilities according to each team member’s profile and their functional and technical skills.
• Establish methods, techniques, and tools to be used by project teams, ensuring that involved personnel are familiar with them, apply them, and keep them up to date, identifying continuous training needs.
• Motivate, evaluate, and manage project teams.
• Ensure the project meets the standards required by the organization.
• Promote and lead the training of project team members.
• Support and collaborate with General Management to generate more business with the client.
• Maintain ongoing external relations for the project, including clients, key suppliers, subcontractors, and other departments within the organization.
• Implement corrective measures to address deviations detected during project execution, as well as preventive measures to avoid recurrence of such deviations.
• Propose project modifications when circumstances warrant it.
