What you\'ll do
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who can bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering teams to drive project delivery, optimize workflows, and ensure technical initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with company strategy. You’ll play a key role in transforming complex technical requirements into actionable plans, improving agile processes, and delivering measurable value across the organization.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
Translate business and technical requirements into detailed project specs, tracking progress and providing clear updates
Draft and distribute technical release notes for new features and product changes
Facilitate meetings with technical stakeholders to align expectations, resolve dependencies, and gather feedback
Support Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban), continuously improving workflows and team efficiency
Maintain a clear backlog and record of technical deliverables for tracking and reporting
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, APIs, user guides, and internal standards
Organize and update documentation in Confluence or similar tools, ensuring accessibility and version control
Identify and help resolve technical blockers to keep project momentum
Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure system and platform integration

Technical Release Notes – Communicate updates and changes
Documentation Templates – Standardize specs and design docs
System Architecture & API Docs – Support engineering and integration work
Meeting Summaries & Decisions – Ensure alignment and clarity
Technical Standards & Guidelines – Maintain consistency across teams
Sprint / Iteration Reports – Report on blockers and progress
Technical User Guides – Support onboarding and internal adoption
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how to apply them effectively
Proven ability to lead technical projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience working with or supporting data-oriented teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Self-driven, organized, and proactive in removing obstacles and keeping teams aligned
