FPC Bangor is working with a major paper manufacturer, looking for a Paper Mill Production Manager. The Paper Mill Production Manager is integral to the overall success of the Paper Mill and is a key member of the management team.

Requirements :

• Experience in pulp mill operations
• Experience in working with printers and / or with the final customer
• Leadership responsibilities for three Paper Machine departments, Coating & Additives and Finishing & Shipping
• Areas of accountability include safety, quality, production, and cost
• Develop technical, business, and leadership capabilities of the paper mill organization
• Member of the Mill’s Leadership Team (MLT)
