Travel frequently across Mexico to visit distributors and strengthen partnerships.

Perfil buscado

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in the heavy truck industry with a strong commercial background.

Proven track record in B2B sales, distribution, and market expansion.

Strong network within the heavy truck sector.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with distributors and key clients.

Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment.

Resilient and flexible, comfortable with frequent travel and high workloads.

Fluent in English (B2-C2 level) for effective communication in an international setting.
