Job Purpose and Overview

The Network Engineer specializes in Microsoft Teams Voice supporting a global Teams solution, including conference rooms and call center voice solutions.

The role also supports telephony integration and management of session border controllers.

This role is also part of the network team and assists in general support and on-call duties of the global network.

Schedule : This is a Monday–Friday day position, 60% office - 40% home office.

This role is based in Mexico City and is part of a Global Team working in Eastern Time Zone (US & Canada).

What does it take to be a NETWORK ENGINEER III at Dawn Foods :

Bachelors or Associates in Networking or Related field

Advanced English proficiency is essential

Certified Cisco CCNA or related Cisco certifications or coursework

Certified MS Teams or MCSA or MCP

Voice or Telecom training or certifications

At least 2 years supporting MS Teams voice network and general networking experience

Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams environments

Experience with telephony integration, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Teams Calling Plans

Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell

Understanding of networking fundamentals like QoS, firewalls, and VPNs

Experience managing audio / video conferencing solutions

Handling Teams-certified devices and ensuring their proper configuration

Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills

Ability to plan and oversee small projects

Willingness to work flexible hours and support after-hours activities

Participation in on-call rotations and some travel may be required
