Job Description

1. Someone that can help him do resource, capacity and financial analysis of their projects

a. Finding gaps, run reports, needed immediately

b. Can attach them to the 10dot8 program

c. Working with PMs and resource managers to get allocations in report

d. Work with departments on why you are over / under allocated

e. If too many contractors on program, he needs them to get data and sit with Tim Smith to see who can do it

f. Outside of the project, has the data for them all, if he asks how is labor going?

g. Data Analysis side - Sara was wanting someone that is in the data analytics

h. Sara wants to see if we can find someone hands on with data, exporting data outside of Replicon, resource data and mesh it together

i. 50 percent resource planning capacity, 50 is financial analysis

l. Need to be excel whiz - pivot tables, etc.

m. Generic - provide resource capacity planning model for what they would present to a department

Financial - what would they report on for a projects financials
