About the team

This role bridges sales, supply chain, and retail operations, transforming insights into action plans that drive sales, optimize inventory, and improve the customer experience at the point of sale.

About the role

The CPFR Analyst plays a key role in achieving Roku’s sales objectives by identifying market opportunities in the streaming player category and maintaining continuous collaboration with retail partners. Through data collection, analysis, and close alignment with cross-functional teams, the CPFR Analyst ensures product availability that meets consumer demand, staying ahead of competitors through proactive planning.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasts in collaboration with Key Account Managers, aligning on a consensus forecast to enhance sell-out accuracy
• Monitor market trends, sales performance, and identify key opportunities to adjust plans as needed
• Track customer purchase plans and propose inventory strategies at the point-of-sale level to ensure optimal stock levels
• Deliver performance insights and recommendations through the analysis and presentation of KPIs related to sales, inventory health, and supply chain performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) and retail partners to align strategies and improve forecast accuracy
• Drive monthly FCST sessions, leveraging data insights to enhance forecasting accuracy and decision-making
