We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our international team as a Business Development Manager for the Latin American market. This is an excellent opportunity to drive growth, establish our presence in the region, and contribute to our company's success.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of experience in strategic planning, brand building, and business development within the Latin American market. They must have a deep understanding of the toys industry and be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive 5-year growth strategy for the Latin American market, regularly presenting progress updates, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, setting up showrooms, and collaborating with the global marketing team to build and implement a Latin America marketing plan.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for forecasting product continuity and seasonal needs, working closely with the Merchandising team, and liaising with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
