Labor and Employment Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned Labor and Employment Lawyer to serve as a key legal partner for our People teams across all of our business groups in Mexico and Latin America.

Job Description

This role involves providing timely and practical legal advice on labor / employment law needs, offering day-to-day advice on hiring, performance management, employee relations, leaves of absence, workplace safety issues, discipline and termination, compensation, benefits, and union / labor relations.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 8 years of labor & employment law experience is required.
• Bachelor of Laws Degree or equivalent is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Prior in-house experience is preferred.
