Financial Operations Leader

Job Title

A multinational company is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the Record-to-Report (RTR) function across the Americas.

Responsibilities include :

• Execute core accounting tasks such as invoice accruals, journal entries, internal order settlements, and currency revaluations.
• Manage month-end close activities, including cut-off processing, sub-ledger operations (AP / AR / GL), and financial ledger closure.
• Handle tax provisions, allocations, and cycles to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review financial data, including cost center expenses and preliminary regional P&L statements.
• Prepare and reconcile reports for consolidation, including submission checklists and GL transfers.
• Support team operations and performance, ensuring KPIs are met and acting as a key escalation point.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, critical thinking abilities, and strong time management skills. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required; experience with SAP ECC is a plus.
