This is your opportunity to become a key strategic partner in a growing organization.We are looking for a professional with strong financial expertise and operational knowledge to act as a strategic partner for the Operations area. This position will be responsible for aligning financial strategies with business objectives, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting sustainable growth across the organization.Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies that support operational objectives.- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs.- Collaborate with operations, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to optimize resources.- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.- Present financial results to leadership, providing strategic recommendations.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.- Postgraduate studies desirable in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational finance, cost management, supply chain finance, FP&A;, or financial analysis applied to processes.- Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and profitability analysis.- Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).- Advanced English (required)- Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies (desirable).- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and strategically.- For male candidates : National Military Service Card released (where applicable).Key Success Indicators : - Reduction of operational costs.- Improvement of margins and profitability.- Accuracy in forecasting and expense control.
