We are looking for a professional with strong financial expertise and operational knowledge to act as a strategic partner for the Operations area. This position will be responsible for aligning financial strategies with business objectives, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting sustainable growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support operational objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
• Present financial results to leadership, providing strategic recommendations.
