Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee BIWIN Storage's financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills to support business decision-making and ensure financial stability.

This role is critical for maintaining financial health, optimizing resources, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning :

Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts

Create financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives

Financial Analysis :

Perform profitability analysis by product line and business segment

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis

Accounting Oversight :

Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting principles

Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

Cash Flow Management :

Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidity

Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements

Financial Reporting :

Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders

Develop KPI dashboards to track financial performance

Cost Control :

Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives

Review departmental expenditures and provide recommendations for optimization

Compliance :

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements

Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits

Risk Management :

Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

Manage internal controls to safeguard company assets

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

5+ years of experience in financial management roles

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles

Experience with ERP systems and financial software

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
