Sales Account Manager Remote : Mexico Job ref : AZ / 64249 Reports to : Sales Manager and will have regular alignment with the Mexico Plant Manager Contract Type : Local Employment Contract if in Mexico About the Role A fast-growing, international manufacturing group is seeking a high-energy, self reliant, entrepreneurial Sales Account Manager to support business development and manage key multinational clients across Mexico and the Americas region. This is a dynamic opportunity for a commercially savvy individual with a technical mindset to join a global team and drive real impact. The ideal candidate will have a background in injection moulding, be confident working with international stakeholders, and enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Drive Regional Growth : Identify and engage new business opportunities that align with the company’s manufacturing capabilities. Account Ownership : Develop and implement account strategies that align client objectives with internal business goals. Serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead. Sales Project Leadership : Represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams. Influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics. Quotations & Proposals : Analyze customer requests and collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored proposals. Customer Retention & Expansion : Deepen relationships with existing clients through proactive value delivery and strategic account development. Market & Data Insight : Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. CRM Management : Track pipeline and activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Reporting : Maintain close communication with the European sales leader and coordinate operationally with the Mexico-based production site. Candidate Profile Experience : Minimum 5 years in B2B manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Skills : Strong commercial and strategic instincts; confident working with technical drawings; advanced Excel; CRM familiarity. Languages : Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Travel : Willing to travel regularly within North America and occasionally to Europe. Behavioral Profile High Dominance : Results-oriented, assertive decision-maker.
