Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Project Manager – Growth Marketing with strong design skills and a solid understanding of digital campaigns. In this role, you’ll spend most of your time creating ads, graphics, and funnel assets, while also managing video editors and building campaigns in ClickFunnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Content Development : Design ad creatives, social graphics, and marketing materials for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Develop visuals for brand storytelling, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Video Production & Editing
Manage freelance / contract video editors to ensure quality and timely delivery.Collaborate on video concepts and provide creative direction.Hands-on video editing skills for ads and social campaigns (preferred).Build and maintain landing pages, funnels, and lead-gen campaigns in ClickFunnels.Coordinate creative assets (graphics, videos, copy) to support funnel success.Test and optimize funnels to improve conversions.Campaign Support & Optimization
Partner with our marketing team to ensure creative assets meet campaign needs.Track and interpret key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS).Apply insights from performance data to improve creative and funnel effectiveness.Project Management
Manage timelines, calendars, and deliverables to keep campaigns on track.Keep campaigns running smoothly by anticipating bottlenecks and resolving issues quickly.Coordinate between founders, operations, and creative partners.Skills & Qualifications Required
3–5 years of experience in marketing design, campaign management, or creative production.Strong portfolio of design work (ads, graphics, funnels, social media).Experience with ClickFunnels (building funnels and landing pages).Experience managing video editors (hands-on editing is a plus).Ability to read and analyze campaign performance data and apply insights to creative improvements.Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaign workflows.Strong organizational and communication skills.Creative mindset with a focus on delivering high-performing visuals and campaigns.What We Offer
