Talent Manager (six-months contract)

Inspired Education is seeking a Talent Manager for LATAM Region to join our Talent team on a six-month contract (starting January 2026). Based in Mexico City, this role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with our schools across Latin America, driving recruitment excellence and supporting our ambitious growth plans.

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across multiple schools, cultures, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across LATAM schools, from requisition to offer stage.
• Partner with Heads of Schools and HR teams to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, assessments, and reference checks with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure alignment with global Inspired recruitment policies and tools (including SuccessFactors).
• Produce clear recruitment reports and updates for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with agencies and external partners to expand candidate reach.
• Provide guidance to local HR teams on best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to ongoing talent planning strategies and regional and global initiatives.
