Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the growth acceleration model across Latin America.
This role is at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, working directly with Regional General Managers (RGMs), and cross-functional central teams to drive sustained city-level growth, optimize resource allocation, and improve our unique approach in every market.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how markets mature, defining when and how cities build up our flywheel, and ensuring investments are channeled into the most sizable opportunities.
This is a high-visibility, strategic leadership role that will require influencing senior stakeholders, building scalable frameworks, and managing a team of market researchers and analysts.Key ResponsibilitiesFlywheel Build-up & PlanningOwns the prioritization of actions to evolve the flywheel in every market, defining growth targets, pacing, and prioritization across zones and countries.Aligns central and local stakeholders, including GMs and RGMs, to ensure execution readiness and resource allocation.Performance Tracking & Investment GovernanceLeads weekly tracking of city-level input metrics, flags underperformance, and establishes corrective action plans with local RGMs.Ensures proper allocation of budgets, evaluates investment trade-offs, and drives accountability for results.Insights & AnalyticsPartners with the analytics team to produce insights that accelerate execution, experimentation, and operational problem-solving.Participates in local country meetings with GMs and RGMs to embed data-driven strategies into decision-making.Growth PlaybooksDefines scalable growth playbooks with acquisition, CRM, and product teams—covering areas like Turbo adoption, density, and high-impact user acquisition campaigns.Identifies successful local initiatives and systematizes them across markets.Market Research & Customer InsightsLeads a team of market researchers to extract insights through app benchmarking, external agencies, and direct user feedback (interviews, surveys, panels).
Translates market intelligence into clear operational objectives and opportunities.RequirementsStrategic Leadership : Demonstrated ability to influence at the highest levels of an organization and drive alignment across the COO, GMs, RGMs, and central functions.Analytical Rigor : Strong quantitative skills with proven experience in financial modeling, business case development, and data-driven decision-making.8+ years in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or growth roles at top technology companies or high-growth startups.Execution Excellence : Track record of designing and implementing frameworks / playbooks that scale across geographies.Communication : Exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into actionable insights for C-level stakeholders.Market Understanding : Deep knowledge of digital marketplaces and consumer behavior in fast-paced, competitive environments.Why Join UsHigh-visibility leadership role working directly with the COO and Country Leadership Teams (GMs and RGMs).
