About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us drive customer acquisition and business growth through Paid Search (PPC) and related performance channels.

This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on capturing high-intent search traffic, rigorous experimentation, optimization, and delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You'll play a key role in scaling our search ads programs, partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify valuable customer segments, develop targeted campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and personalize ad copy that drives engagement and pipeline.

The right candidate is hands-on, analytical, and excited to uncover new growth opportunities while continuously improving cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple platforms. This is a high-impact role that’s critical to achieving our growth goals, and an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves data-driven problem solving, and is motivated by owning outcomes from start to finish.

While the initial scope will be focusing on paid search, we appreciate experiences with other performance marketing channels, and provide opportunity to expand scope for the right candidate.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.
