Responsibilities
- Act as a key communications strategist and media relations expert for the Americas across all NetEase Games titles (console, PC, and mobile) and develop comprehensive communications plans and strategies alongside international team stakeholders
- Manage and foster media relationships across gaming, tech, business, consumer, entertainment, and lifestyle segments to generate positive engagement
- Manage relationships and work output with external PR agencies and relevant vendors, accurately maintaining the scope of work and budget, while overseeing the execution of project delivery and prioritization of project workload
- Coordinate and manage participation at various offline events, conferences, and tradeshows, providing lead support for events in the Americas
- Manage creation, editing, approval, and distribution of all media-facing materials
- Report on key performance indicators and analyze media sentiment to adjust campaign communications strategies
- Provide insights and counsel on current industry events and activities, keep a close pulse on competitive news and the shifting media landscape
Qualifications
6+ years of demonstrated PR experience in a similar role or with a PR agencySuperior written and communications skillsCreative thinker with a track-record of success driving positive earned media coverageProven track record developing and implementing product communications plans and aligning internal, external, and partner comms against business prioritiesProven relationships across gaming and tech media contactsFlexibility and capability to manage multiple projects and work with a diverse global team across various time zonesSolid grasp of social and influencer marketing with strong knowledge and interest for emerging trends in this spacePR agency experience and a deep knowledge of the videogames industry is preferredFluency in English and Spanish, as well as other LATAM languages is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
