Job Description : System Administrator – Coupa Software

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Administrator specializing in Coupa software to support, maintain, and optimize our procurement and expense management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Coupa, managing integrations with other enterprise systems, and providing functional and technical support to business users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of procurement / P2P processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Procurement, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration

• Maintain and configure Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, Invoicing, Supplier Management, etc.) to align with business requirements.
• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
• Monitor system performance, schedule jobs, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
