Descripción del trabajoPlan and execute vehicle projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for SWE organization at the vehicle level.Lead cross-functional teams within SWE organization, providing guidance and support to team members.Communicate vehicle requirements and provide support to Core Engineering Teams as needed.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report to stakeholders regularly.Manage project budgets, including cost rollup and budget allocation.Oversee GIMS / Issue Management and burn-down processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.Identify the need for and coordinate War Rooms when necessary.Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of any issues.Coordinate software implementation trials (PER trials) and collaborate with EE SWAT team for End of Line (EOL) activities.Take the lead in resolving any SCA Vehicle Audit issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide support to Core Engineering Team, including part verification, APQP, DV / PV, and Off Tool parts activities.Manage EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) and oversee Quality / Warranty analysis, implementing necessary actions to address quality concerns.Coordinate Assembly Plant clean points and oversee Service Actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
