Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced professional to develop a medium-to-long-term strategy for new energy channel development in Mexico.
- This includes selecting the most suitable channel model, creating a regional coverage plan, and determining the pace of development.
- The successful candidate will formulate annual and quarterly plans, defining target cities, number of outlets, and opening schedules, and be accountable for meeting development targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop a comprehensive business strategy for the new energy channel development in Mexico, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Design industry-competitive store investment policies, incentive programs, and subsidy initiatives to attract top partners.Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for channel development, covering all stages from potential partner screening to store opening.Leverage digital tools and employee certification systems to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.Lead launch projects for new outlets, coordinating internal resources to ensure smooth implementation.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.At least 5 years of experience in channel development, sales, or marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.Excellent leadership and project management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.What We Offer :
